HOW OUR PARTY PACKAGE WORKS:
All parties scheduled at Bookish will be during the shop's closed hours. This gives your party the ability to take over the store and have our undivided attention!!
Parties are 1.5 hours long with 15-20 minutes post-party for packing up your birthday goodies!
Packages include 10 participants per party. For extra participants (capped at 15) there is a $40 fee per child.
Siblings must be included in the headcount to participate in the art project.
PARTIES INCLUDE:
A Welcome Craft (your choice of birthday crowns, cards, or a collaborative collage for the guest of honor)
An interactive storytime based on the party theme (theme options below)
A process art project (theme options below)
Bookish Party Favors - A copy of our themes book, a completed art project, and a $5 gift card for a future visit
A Bookish Wishlist table for the week leading up to and during the party. Attendees, friends & family can purchase gifts and if requested we will happily wrap and hold the gifts until the child's party

Toddler Delight - Sensory Row and a Group Project. We will work together on favorite characters and/or themes. $350
I'm Cooler than Cool - Instructor led Self Portraits on canvas - $375
YUCK! - Slimes and Potions to take home - $375
Cupcake Decoration with Cupcake Still Life - Still life of cupcakes (Bookish will provide cupcakes, plates, and napkins) - $400
Fairy Garden - Air dry clay (ages 8+) or premade wood house (4+) fairy homes with surrounding gardens - $400
FAQs and Party Policy
Deposit - a $150 deposit is due when the Birthday Child comes to select their in-store registry items.
Cancellation Policy - Your remaining party balance and the total number of RSVPd children are due one week prior to the party date. Once the full fee is paid, the party and any canceled or no-show children are non-refundable.
Food and Drink - Birthday desserts, drinks, and snacks may be brought into the party/craft room. We have a small refrigerator and an even smaller freezer. For a Cupcake party, Bookish will supply one cupcake per registered child, plates, and napkins
Parent Participation - Grown-ups of children under 7 are required to stay on the premise for parties. While we encourage exploratory crafting and hope grown-ups relax and enjoy themselves, we do ask for assistance in monitoring behavior.
Party Favors - Quality guest favors are important to Bookish. Each participating child will go home with a copy of the book that was read aloud during the party, their art project as well as a $5.00 gift card for a future visit.
Departure Time - All guests and families are expected to depart at the time your party ends.
Drop Off - One adult must stay with all parties. Bookish will not participate in cake cutting or distribution. Bookish will also not facilitate package opening
